The Garrsion Hill Board of Directors are elected to two-year terms by popular vote at our Annual Community Meeting held in November as described in the Bylaws of the Garrison Hill Community Association (GHCA). 

The Board convenes quarterly to conduct Association business.  The meeting generally includes a financial and budget review, a communications strategy review, discussion about concerns brought to the board by residents as well as other neighborhood and Baltimore City-level issues, and planning of upcoming community events.
