Welcome to the Garrison Hill Community Survey.

 

The purpose(s) of this survey are as follows:

1. To gather residential demographic data within the Garrison Hill,

2. To gauge Garrison Hill residents' level of satisfaction with their community and

3. To help the Garrison Hill Board of Directors determine what areas to focus upon to better serve our community.

 

Procedures:

If you agree to be in this study, you will be asked to respond to a 44-item survey, either on-line or printed. The survey should take less than 30 minutes to complete.

 

Risks and benefits of being in the study:

There is no degree of risk associated with participation in this study. There are no compensatory benefits for participating in this study.

 

Compensation:

You will not be compensated for your time and participation in this study.

 

Voluntary nature of the study:

Participation in this study is voluntary. Your decision whether or not to participate will not result in penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. If you decide to participate, you are expected to answer each mandatory question to the best of your knowledge. You may withdraw from filling out this survey at any time.

 

Confidentiality:

The records of this study will be kept private. In published reports, there will be no information included that will make it possible to identify you as a research participant. Research records will be stored securely on computer servers operated by a third party provider. Only the GHCA, Inc. Board of Directors will have access to the data so that they may analyze the information for the betterment of the Garrison Hill community.
